Hi, I'm Blanca Fernández
I’m a freelance English-to-Spanish translator based in Soria, Spain, with over 12 years of experience specializing in software localization and medical translation.
I hold an MA in Audiovisual Translation from the University of Vigo and a Diploma in Medical Translation, taught by Pablo Mugüerza. My professional background combines eight years as an in-house translator at one of the world’s leading sportswear brands with four years of freelance work for a wide range of direct clients and agencies.
Outside work, you’ll usually find me reading, spending time with my dog, playing video games, hiking or planning my next trip. I’m also learning Italian in hopes of adding it to my language services in the future.
